We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thermal Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge sensor and laser-based products. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the thermal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our products. Your expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and thermal simulation will be instrumental in guiding the design and optimization of thermal management solutions.
Your Day to Day:
Create and develop accurate thermal models using dedicated software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, etc.)
Analyse and predict thermal behaviour under various operating conditions, including power levels and environmental factors
Design and optimise cooling solutions, such as TECs, heat sinks, fans, and thermal interface materials, to maintain optimal operating temperatures for laser/optical components
Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team to integrate thermal solutions into product designs seamlessly
Conduct thermal testing and validation experiments to verify the performance of selected materials and thermal management solutions
Present findings and recommendations while maintaining documentation of thermal analyses, simulations, and testing procedures.

We seek a highly skilled and innovative Senior system Engineer to join our R&D team. We are looking for a strong background in systems engineering, particularly in optical sensors and visible light cameras. As our system Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our multidisciplinary system, ensuring its high performance across various applications.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact: Be the lead system Engineer for UVeye products.
* Define system architecture and design for new features and products.
* Collaborate with optics, mechanics, electronics, software, and algorithm teams to develop world-class solutions.
* Support existing products including root cause analysis and solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop machine components and assemblies using CAD software.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed machine designs that meet project requirements.
* Ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency and reliability.
* Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for machine improvements.
* Generate accurate engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
* Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance design quality and performance.
* Work closely with production teams to support machine assembly and testing activities.
* Create drawings for automotive and architectural projects.

Design and implement RTL in System Verilog, based on deep understanding of customer requirements, DUT functionality, and system architecture.
Test and debug your designs in simulation and on hardware-based platforms, to reach cloud-scale quality.
Work with software teams on development of drivers and applications.
Deliver the product into cloud production environments and support it through its lifetime.
