As a Motion Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transferring new product into production through testing, inspection, and troubleshooting guides for motion control and electronics modules and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of electronic motion elements by providing engineering support and driving new product development and improvements.
Participate in product specification definition and design reviews, representing motion and electronics engineering expertise.
Manage manufacturing engineering activities for existing products, including ECOs, EOL, cost reduction initiatives, and documentation.

Collaboration with Subcontractors: Work closely with mechanical subcontractors to enhance productivity, meet design specifications, and ensure quality standards. This includes consulting on design, overseeing their work quality, and ensuring timely component delivery.
Production Support: Provide ongoing support for production, including troubleshooting issues in the field and implementing improvements based on feedback received from operations and end-users.
