We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper
to join our growing finance team for a full-time position.
The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
Responsibilities:
? Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
? Credit card reconciliations.
? Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
? Review and record employees reimbursement expenses (including travel
expense reports).
? End of month accounts reconciliations for books closing
? Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cut-off accounts.
? Ad-hoc tasks as required.
? Working closely with the CFO
Requirements: Requirements:
? Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must - Type 3 is an
advantage.
? 3+ years bookkeeping experience from a Hi-Tech or multi-national company
Must.
? High-level English (both spoken and written).
? Experience working with Hashavshevet software an advantage.
? Strong Excel skills
? Experience in payroll preparation - an advantage.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Team player and service-oriented
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
