Teva is seeking a Senior HRIS business analyst to lead the HR global talent domain.
The HRIS lead responsibilities will include:
HRIS account management for the Leadership & Org. Development team which understand business needs, gather best practices information, design & partner with IT to deliver best solutions.
Lead a sensing tool implementation alongside with the implementation of a new sensing strategy in Teva.
Lead managers feedback (180, 360) tools implementation.
Build the operating model of the survey methodology in Teva.
Co-manage the yearly Org. Health Survey with focus on the tool, reporting and analytics.
Support the talent review process, identify points for improvement and implement relevant solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management.
5+ years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management in an HR domain).
Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes and HR data analytics- advantage.
Expertise in tools, reporting and analytics design.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors significant advantage, other HR/Sensing systems - an advantage.
Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations.
