Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Performance Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate combines scientific understanding with business acumen to drive ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage digital marketing agencies (paid search/social/display)
Plan and optimize campaigns focused on ROI, CAC & lead generation
Develop digital strategies for product launches & content campaigns
Manage budgets, analytics & conversion optimization (CRO)
Report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta & LinkedIn Ads
Ensure scientific and strategic alignment across stakeholders
Requirements: * MSc in Life Sciences (e.g., Neuroscience, Biology) Required.
* MBA or equivalent Required.
* 5+ years in digital/performance marketing (preferably B2B/life sciences).
* Proven experience managing agencies and vendors.
* Strong analytical skills & command of key marketing metrics.
* Fluent in Hebrew & English written and spoken.
