The IT PMO oversees the planning, governance, and reporting of all IT projects
within the organization.
This role ensures alignment between IT initiatives, business priorities, and available
resources while maintaining transparency, control, and delivery excellence.
Establish and manage the IT Project Portfolio aligned with company
strategy.
Develop and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting
tools.
Coordinate project prioritization with management and business
stakeholders.
Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all IT projects.
Facilitate regular project reviews and executive reporting.
Support project managers in adopting best practices and governance
standards.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or
Information Systems.
4+ years of experience in PMO, project portfolio, or IT governance roles.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification - Advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience in a multi-site, global organization - Advantage.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
