Required Automation Engineer (API /Mobile).

Brix Software is hiring Test Automation Engineers to join our team. They will take part in developing the test automation of APIs, backend, web and mobile. 
This is a remote/work from home position in Israel. Responsibilities 
Define, develop and execute test automation engineering tasks, which include analysis of test automation requirements and test cases, monitoring/analyzing test results, collecting test metrics and conducting test reporting. Collaborate with developers and product management to identify test requirements. Develop and improve automation testing methods and processes and improve overall quality of testing deliverable. Work with development team to understand assigned modules/new product features for the purpose of developing test cases. Communicate with teams in the US during all phases of development.

Brix is hiring a NOC Operator to operate our monitoring systems. The right candidate will be part of growing IT Ops team. This role based in our Jerusalem office. Responsibilities:
* Operate the monitoring systems browsing through the monitoring systems and ensuring the stability of the environment. 
* Manage the events life-cycles track each event from open to closure, notify the appropriate people when needed and update the events corresponding incidents accordingly. 
* Tier 1 operation perform level 1 operations when needed in an attempt to resolve incidents as soon as possible .
* Assist in building up knowledge management for the monitoring events an event is more useful when we have gathered knowledge about it as part of your role you will be required to document useful information about the events and incidents youve encountered .
* Assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly .
