What does the role include?
- Maintenance and Modernization: Improving the core software that drives the business and integrating Legacy Systems with advanced technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Owners and QA teams to build work plans, estimate timelines, and refine goals.
- Technological Leadership: Full partnership in all stages of development, from planning and design to successful deployment.
Requirements: Mandatory requirements:
Languages: Hebrew or English at a native level - mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English (writing and speaking) for working with overseas counterparts.
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development - mandatory.
Tech Stack: Rich experience in Legacy Software and.NET Frameworks (emphasis on Winforms) alongside proficiency in Python.
Database: Very strong SQL skills, including Optimization and database design.
Cloud: Proficiency in Azure technologies.
Personality: A passionate team player - curious, proactive, independent, calm, and patient, with systemic thinking capabilities.
Significant Advantages:
Background in Data Science, AI, or statistical analysis.
Relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
Proficiency in the Russian language.
