We are looking for the CEOs right hand, people-first and super hands-on role. If you love making things move, closing both small and big loops, and keeping order in a dynamic environment this is for you. The role spans calendar and travel management, personal errands, vendor coordination, and task follow-ups, with strict discretion and fluent English for frequent meetings with senior stakeholders.
What You Will Do -
Manage a dynamic, high-volume daily schedule and provide operational, hands-on support to the CEO.
Take ownership of personal and logistical tasks when needed including payments, coordination of services, and time-sensitive errands.
Support the CEOs social media presence: coordinate content, assist with posting, and manage workflows across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; prepare meeting summaries and drive action item
Requirements: High availability, adaptability, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Professional presence, discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Valid drivers license.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
