Were looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator with a structured and proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for data, systems, and people. This role is a key enabler of our sales organization, ensuring processes are in place, usage is tracked, renewals are handled, and systems run smoothly.
As part of your role, you will:
Monitor expiring orders, engage with customers, and coordinate the renewal of commercial agreements
Analyze usage data of licensed hours and Value-Added Software; follow up with customers and finance to ensure transparency and billing accuracy
Support the sales team with Zoho CRM onboarding, daily usage, reporting, and training; ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Identify data gaps between systems and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
High confidence and strong motivation
Solid communication skills in English

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented and process-driven approach
Bonus points if you have:
