We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Planning Systems & BI Support Specialist / PMO to lead the support and management of our planning and business intelligence systems. This role will act as the Project Management Officer (PMO) for initiatives related to planning and data systems, supporting integration, development, and tracking of workflows. The role also includes system maintenance, global user support, and training responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and customer-focused, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Monday.com and Anaplan (or similar planning systems).
Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain the planning system (e.g., Anaplan or similar), ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and system optimization.
* Act as PMO for planning and BI projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and WBS integration within Monday.com.
* Serve as the primary service focal point, delivering responsive and high-quality user support across global teams.
* Coordinate and deliver global training sessions for new and existing users of the planning and BI systems.
* Manage user access requests for BI tools, ensuring proper approval processes and compliance with security protocols.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations to support data integration and system developments.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 23 years of experience in a similar role within a global organization must.
* Excellent English both verbal and written.
* Hands-on experience with Monday.com strong advantage.
* Experience with planning systems such as Anaplan advantage.
* Strong financial background - Advantage Familiarity with business intelligence systems and user access management advantage.
* Experience working at one of the Big 4 consulting firms advantage.
* Strong project coordination skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work cross-functionally.
