Lead verification for advanced ASIC/FPGA designs in a top-tier R&D team developing high-performance network interface solutions and customer-focused hardware.
Location: Tel Aviv office or our Beer Sheva office, which is located next to the train station.
Responsibilities:
Drive verification of complex, high-speed ASIC/FPGA designs
Define and implement advanced verification methodologies
Collaborate with architecture, software, and validation teams
Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence
Work with technologies like high-speed interfaces, network processors, and SoCs

As part of the Architecture team, you will:
Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability.
Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance.
Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function.
Define device specifications and architectural features for next-generation networking silicon.
Design and implement logic and software solutions that meet performance, power, and scalability requirements.
Develop software components in C++ as part of the silicon architecture and enablement flow.
Collaborate closely with design, verification, and software teams to translate specifications into working silicon.
Contribute to the development of a unified and programmable silicon architecture enabling AI-driven networks.

we are looking for a Senior VLSI Verification Engineer to join the ride as we spearhead the next revolution in electronics!
Position location: in our Haifa or TLV offices, at least 2 working days at Haifa site (Hybrid model)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM, ensuring scalability, configurability, and reusability across multiple IPs.
Design, implement, and execute comprehensive testbenches and random test suites to validate functional correctness, robustness, and corner-case behavior of complex IP within various SoC integration environments.
Drive coverage closure by defining, collecting, and analyzing code and functional coverage metrics; identify verification gaps and ensure complete validation of feature sets prior to sign-off.
Lead debug and root-cause analysis efforts in collaboration with senior verification and design engineers, leveraging carefully crafted logs, waveform analysis and assertions to isolate and resolve design or environment issues.
Collaborate closely with architecture, design, and firmware teams to ensure verification completeness, alignment with design intent, and seamless integration at the system level.
Contribute to methodology and infrastructure improvements, including reusable UVM components, automation scripts, and best practices that enhance team efficiency and verification quality.

We are seeking a Digital Electrical Design Engineer with extensive experience in board-level digital design, high-speed interfaces, and embedded systems. In this role, youll be a technical lighthouse within our Hardware R&D team-guiding complex, high-speed digital designs from concept through production. Youll collaborate closely with firmware engineers, system architects, and other cross-functional teams spread across multiple global sites. While prior quantum or cryogenic experience isnt required, an interest in learning about these cutting-edge fields is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Board-Level Design: Architect, design, and implement advanced digital solutions involving FPGAs, microcontrollers, and high-speed communication interfaces (multi-GHz range).
High-Speed Signal Integrity: Develop and validate clocking solutions up to the tens of GHz range and handle GT lines to ensure robust, reliable performance.

We're looking for a hardware u/architect for our switch division. In this position, as part of a small (~10 employees) elite team, you will have the chance to define the architecture of our next generation switch product lines performance, both Ethernet and InfiniBand. Your role will be cross-disciplinary, working with software, ASIC design, verification, physical design and platform teams to improve performance and debug.

What you'll be doing:

Learn and understand the switch u/architecture thoroughly across all aspects and become a source of information for the design and verification engineers.

Define the implementation of the most sophisticated performance features of our next products, balancing architecture requirements with backend, execution, and design considerations.

Define the implementation of debug capabilities to support performance validation and improvements

Understand our system requirement and help define the POR of our switch product line.

Face the most challenging Full-Chip correctness and performance issues, which cannot be handled by the units designers as they require full cross-unit understanding of the chip.

Work closely with board and package design to understand the different design limitations: power, di/dt, temperature, signal-integrity etc.
