Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full product lifecycle of electrolyzer systemsfrom pilots to commercializationdefining the roadmap and aligning with business goals, market needs, and custoamer feedback.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and go-to-market teams to ensure product success, from design and testing to demos, training, and field deployment.
* Engage directly with industrial customers (e.g., energy, petrochem, steel) to validate solutions, gather insights, and drive product iterations based on real-world performance.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory standards; lead certification processes and ensure compliance.
* Represent the product internally and externally, including writing technical offers, grant proposals, and participating in conferences and strategic initiatives.
Requirements: * 5+ years of product management (or closely related) experience in the hydrogen, chemical/process, industrial equipment, or other relevant high-tech manufacturing industries hardware/process-based industries (not software/SaaS).
* Proven track record of taking a hardware or industrial product from pilot via FOAK -First of a Kind stage through scale-up to full commercialization.
* Hands-on experience with customers in industrial or process industries (e.g. energy, chemicals, manufacturing, heavy industry).
* B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
* Team player with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging way.
* Based in Israel with the ability to work from our Caesarea office.
* Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites, conferences, and partner facilities as needed (approximately 20% travel).
