What will you do:
Lead and mentor a small team of 4-5 Full Stack Developers.
Design and develop backend and frontend systems from scratch.
Drive the development of serverless, cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
Build and maintain IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using CDK, Terraform, or Bicep.
Develop modular, testable, and maintainable applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
Take ownership of deliverables from design through deployment
Requirements: 1+ year of experience leading or managing a small engineering team.
3+ years working with AWS or Azure cloud services.
3+ years experience in backend development with Node.js.
3+ years experience in frontend development (React or Vue.js).
2+ years hands-on experience with IaC tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, or Bicep).
3+ years designing and developing complex single-page applications (SPAs).
3+ years working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
Proven experience working on production-grade systems.
Understanding of NoSQL databases - advantage.
Strong collaboration skills with Product and Design functions.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
