we are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator to join our expanding IT team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administer and maintain Windows and macOS environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
● Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, switches, and routers.
● Implement and maintain security protocols, including MFA and SSO.
● Support and manage SaaS applications
● Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot antivirus and other security software.
● Provide advanced technical support to employees across global sites, resolving complex IT issues.
● Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain and upgrade IT systems.
● Manage site responsibilities, including guest reception, vendor coordination, and alarm system oversight.
● Document system configurations and procedures.
Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
● Extensive experience with Windows and macOS server and client environments.
● Strong networking experience, including configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet devices.
● In-depth understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
● Experience with MFA and SSO implementation and management.
● Proficiency in managing SaaS applications.
● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
● A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
