We're looking for a sharp, performance-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for out platform of new real estate developments.
- Own the E2E marketing strategy across B2C audiences
- Lead a performance-oriented operation focused on delivering high-quality leads
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and market dynamics
- Drive productmarketing alignment - define positioning, messaging, value propositions and go-to-market plans
- Evaluate and shape creative concepts
- Develop user journeys, generate insights and optimize the customer experience
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
- Lead retention, monetization, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research, map competitive landscapes, and identify strategic growth opportunities
Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience
- Real estate experience - big advantage
- Experience as a Marketing Manager in marketplace or e-commerce environments - big advantage
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and strong attention to detail
- Strong experience managing growth funnels, leads, and performance KPIs
- Creative mindset with the ability to evaluate and guide strong creative output
- Experience working closely with product teams
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with UX, funnels, CRM - strong advantage
