We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive (AE) to drive growth within the Corporate (Mid-Market) segment in Israel. This role combines existing account management and new business development.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, working closely with customers, SAP ecosystem partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, generating new business, and positioning SAP solutions as strategic enablers of customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate (Mid-Market) customers.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, including planning, coordination, negotiation, deal execution, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate closely with SAP ecosystem partners to drive joint business opportunities and market growth.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking.
Coordinate activities across customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and successful business outcomes.
Work closely with Presales, Customer Success, and Services teams to support customer success and business growth.
Requirements: 4+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Technology-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of enterprise software (background in ERP solutions is advantage).
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to opportunity, pipeline, and sales process management.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach.
Strong ownership and accountability
Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
Bachelors degree.
