The Team Leader, Supplier Quality and Development role is a player/coach role with team leadership responsibilities and individual responsibilities to drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of QMS/compliance requirements associated with Supplier Management. This includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence
SQD Point of leadership at Haifa and Rehovot sites, acting as the primary interface with Program Management, Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. Serve as Lead Auditee for internal and external audits related to the Purchasing Control procedure.
Responsible for people leadership activities including recruiting, performance management, people development, and technical development to deliver outcomes across their scope.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Actively support supports Value Creation Programs (VCP) in close collaboration with Engineering and Sourcing, ensuring quality improvements are aligned with cost optimization, productivity, and business objectives. Drive idea generation with suppliers on quality improvement that will drive cost optimization.

Lead quality initiatives across the pre-silicon development lifecycle
Define and implement quality gates and release criteria for chip development milestones
Promote a shift-left approach to improve early defect detection during design and verification
Define, implement, and improve engineering quality processes and development frameworks
Lead escape analysis, root cause investigations, and lessons learned to prevent recurrence of issues
Define and track quality KPIs, engineering metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
Perform defect analytics and trend analysis to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness of implemented actions
Improve development, verification, and release processes across engineering teams
Identify and manage engineering quality risks throughout the development lifecycle
Drive cross-organizational continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams
Partner with RTL design, verification, and Application Engineering teams to strengthen product quality and reliability

As a QA Lab Operations Engineer, you will be the backbone of our testing infrastructure, operating a diverse ecosystem ranging from large-scale clouds to cutting-edge AI Inference clusters.
You will own the entire physical and virtual lifecycle of our labs, ensuring that our engineering teams have a high-performance, reliable, and scalable environment to validate our products.
This role is "hands-on" and requires a mix of deep hardware knowledge and virtualization expertise.
You will maintain and optimize lab environments in both our Tel Aviv, Haifa and Yokneam locations, and therefore you are required weekly travel between sites.
Your day to day
Own the "Rack-to-Cloud" process from unboxing, racking and cabling to decommission of lab assets across our three Israeli sites.
Perform "bare-metal" setups and environment provisioning using PXE and MaaS for a variety of OS environments
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and connectivity issues (Servers, Switches, Firewalls).
Manage and troubleshoot the networking topology, including the modernization of existing infrastructures..
Work as part of a motivated team to stay up-to-date with cloud computing trends and infrastructure best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud computing.
