An AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. Responsible for managing QA personnel and quality assurance activities of products.
Hands-on at least 50% of the time
Review and evaluate testing tools and services for applicability to in-house needs
