Role overview

You will take over most of my responsibilities regarding the team (it is making me both happy and sad 😭) and will report directly to me (CTO).

Our technology stack is .NET Core, MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis & Elasticsearch, Hosted on Azure, and React for the front.

The team is responsible for developing the companys top product with customers all over the globe.

We are looking for a highly skilled ASP Dotnet Core Team Leader who will manage and mentor a team of three developers and a quality automation engineer. The team develops endpoint solutions with strong cloud backend capabilities.
The team is autonomous and responsible for its deliverables. We use Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, and other building blocks of the modern web.

As Team Lead, youll lead a talented full-stack team and take ownership of key platform areas. Youll be responsible for growing the technical depth of the team, fostering strong engineering practices, and ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery. Youll manage a group of engineers, including one QA engineer (manual and automation), and work closely with CS, Product, and peer engineersbuffering noise, unblocking delivery, and occasionally joining customer calls. Looker dashboards and queries.
A RabbitMQ-based legacy data pipeline.
