Were looking for an experienced and visionary CIO to join our companys leadership team. As CIO, you will define and execute the companys IT and digital strategy, ensuring our systems, infrastructure, and data capabilities scale with business growth, security, and innovation. You will oversee all aspects of enterprise IT, while also managing the companys cybersecurity posture through direct leadership of the CISO and associated functions.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the companys IT and digital strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and long-term objectives.
Lead and manage all internal IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.), service management, and business continuity.
Lead the strategic adoption and integration of AI to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Oversee the company's cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance strategy by managing and mentoring the CISO, who leads AppSec, Privacy & GRC, and SecOps.
Ensure effective collaboration between the CISO organization and the broader Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to align internal and product security.
Drive digital transformation initiatives that promote efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization.
Establish and enforce IT and security governance, policies, standards, and adherence to global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Evaluate and manage IT and cybersecurity vendors, platforms, contracts, and budgets to support operational needs and business growth.
Oversee data architecture and analytics infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across the IT and security domains.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including responsibility for enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Proven track record of managing IT and security teams, including direct leadership or oversight of a CISO and functions such as AppSec, Privacy, GRC, and SecOps.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, large-scale system implementations, and cloud migrations.
Strong understanding of security engineering and application security practices in cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with privacy frameworks and global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including privacy-by-design principles.
Experience implementing and maintaining security operations capabilities, including monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
Solid knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance programs (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and cross-functional project leadership experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
