Participate in the entire lifecycle of Business Intelligence Solution Delivery
Work directly with business stakeholders and translate business data needs into technical requirements, design, and implementation
Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to high-quality and performance standards
Maintain and support data analytics platforms
Develop and maintain visualizations and reports for requested projects
Craft and execute queries and data modeling upon request for data
Implement best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of data extraction, modeling, and application building throughout the company

We are seeking a passionate and skilled BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team and play a key role in shaping the semantic layer within. Youll work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business logic into scalable data models, enabling self-service analytics and actionable insights across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on defining and implementing the semantic foundation that powers traffic benchmarks, user behavior analysis, and operational dashboards for Customer Success and beyond.
What Youll Do:
Own the end-to-end development of the semantic layer for traffic data, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accuracy.
Build and maintain data models in DBT or equivalent transformation layers to support analytics and self-service use cases.
Develop and orchestrate reliable data workflows using Apache Airflow and Python.
Implement efficient data transformations using Spark for scalable data processing.
Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) data analysts and business partners to translate business questions into efficient, governed data structures.
Optimize SQL and data flows for performance and usability across tools like Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
Define and document standardized business logic, KPIs, and metric definitions within the semantic layer.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure semantic data models are aligned with upstream pipelines and architecture.
Develop data validation, QA, and monitoring processes to maintain high data quality standards.
Contribute to data modeling best practices and participate in broader data governance initiatives across the company.

Job Description In this role, youll design and maintain BI solutions that support business reporting and insights. You will build robust ETL pipelines, create data models and deliver insightful dashboards with Power BI. This position requires someone who is both a strong team player and an independent problem-solver, proactive, and eager to continuously grow. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure data Factory to support BI reporting. Design and implement data models: staging layers, fact and dimension tables, MRR tables. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and analytical reports. Implement data monitoring and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues (e.g., failed refreshes). Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights. Ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance across the BI environment. Contribute to BI best practices and documentation.
