- Coordinate the placement process, tracking student progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.
- Actively seek out new job openings to expand the range of employment opportunities available to students.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their employability.
- Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in job placement, candidate screening and selection, preferably in a high-tech placement company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.
- Previous experience in sales an advantage.
- Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent Hebrew and English Must.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
