AI Vision & Strategy: Define and lead the strategic vision for integrating AI agents in marketing.
Align AI capabilities with business and marketing priorities.
Requirements & Product Ownership: Gather business requirements and create detailed product roadmaps for AI tools supporting sales and marketing workflows.
Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage relationships between marketing stakeholders and AI development vendors.
Lead joint planning and issue resolution and product co-development activities.
Program Management & QA: Develop detailed project plans and manage quality assurance processes.
Product Design & User Experience: Review product designs and enhance user experience.
Business Justification: Develop ROI models and business cases for AI investments.
Go-to-Market & Enablement: Plan and execute internal launches and user training.
Data Management: Define data source strategies and collaborate with analysts.
Governance & Compliance: Track adoption and success KPI dashboard, Lead ongoing cycle of users feedback and recommendations.
Ensure legal, compliance, and security standards are met in all AI tools.
Requirements: Strong ability of Understanding the motivation and practical needs of marketing teams to integrate AI into daily use cases, improving efficiency and creativity.
Experience: 2-4 years in marketing innovation, AI Product lead or project management.
GenAI Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools across multiple domains, with a strong emphasis on familiarity with AI agents:
Market Research & Content Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Claude, Notion AI, Writesonic.
Low-Code/No-Code Platforms (Advantage): Cursor, V0.dev, AutoGPT, Lovable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Bubble, Webflow.
Design & Video Tools (Advantage): MidJourney, Runway AI, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
Excellent verbal and written English skills capable of leading training sessions and presenting AI-driven solutions effectively.
Ability to work in a corporate environment while maintaining startup-level agility comfortable navigating structure while embracing innovation.
