We are looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead to manage and scale engineering organization in Israel. This role is responsible for the success, growth, and effectiveness of the engineering team while ensuring strong alignment with Product and business priorities. The team already consists of experienced engineers, established products, and a mature technology stack. The focus of this role is not to build an engineering organization from scratch, but to help it scale effectively as the company continues to grow. What You'll Own
Engineering Leadership

Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early and drive solutions proactively.
Improve team effectiveness, development velocity, and operational efficiency as the organization grows.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance across architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Participate in major architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
Support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical mentoring, and problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Leadership
