Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and developing engineering managers.
Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized environments, with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions.
Experience scaling engineering organizations, processes, and product delivery through periods of rapid growth.
A track record of partnering effectively with Product and Executive leadership to deliver business impact.
A degree in Computer Science from a leading academic institution or equivalent experience, including service in an elite technological IDF unit.

We are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to lead a team developing high-performance, mission-critical software for next-generation cellular networks.

In this role, you will combine technical leadership, people leadership, and hands-on development, driving the design and delivery of scalable solutions used by leading mobile operators worldwide. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture of our next-generation monitoring and analytics platform while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and innovation.

Working closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional R&D teams, you will influence technical direction and lead the development of complex systems across 4G/5G, Radio, and Core Network technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical excellence.

Drive architectural and technical design decisions for high-scale, performance-critical systems.

Strong experience working in Linux environments.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.

Experience serving in a technological military unit.
