We are looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead to manage and scale engineering organization in Israel. This role is responsible for the success, growth, and effectiveness of the engineering team while ensuring strong alignment with Product and business priorities. The team already consists of experienced engineers, established products, and a mature technology stack. The focus of this role is not to build an engineering organization from scratch, but to help it scale effectively as the company continues to grow. You will be responsible for developing engineers, improving execution, supporting technical decision making, expanding the team, and helping the organization successfully navigate the next phase of growth. What You'll Own
Engineering Leadership
