About the position We’re looking for an exceptional professional who connects data, Salesforce, and AI technologies - and drives real transformation across the organization. This role is designed for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, but instead identifies problems, dives deep, and builds solutions from scratch. What you’ll do:
* Lead business process transformation using data and AI
* Work hands-on with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to improve sales, marketing, and operational workflows
* Design and implement smart solutions - automations, predictive models, and AI-driven recommendations
* Build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flows and validation rules
* Analyze business processes and proactively suggest improvements
* Connect multiple data sources and systems through integrations and APIs

We are looking for a Salesforce Automation Engineer who combines great technical execution with a sharp, business-oriented mindset. This is not just a basic support role. We need someone who understands how business processes run, spots where things can be improved, and has the technical skills to build smart, scalable solutions. Your main focus will be designing workflows using Salesforce Flows, but you also need the coding skills (Apex) to handle things when standard automation tools aren't enough.

A big part of this role will be finding ways to bring AI into our everyday workflows-both natively inside Salesforce and across our external processes.





Responsibilities:

Advanced Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation setups to keep our business processes running smoothly.
AI Process Evolution: Find opportunities to implement and evolve AI within our workflows-whether natively through tools like Agentforce/Einstein AI, or outside Salesforce.
Technical Coding: Write and maintain clean Apex code (like triggers and custom actions) when native tools hit their limits.
Business Partnership: Work closely with different teams to gather business requirements, map out logic, and turn them into working technical systems.
System Maintenance: Handle the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and technical support of Salesforce to ensure everything stays stable, clean, and reliable.

End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex Information Systems projects from end to end, including all lifecycle stages (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure/maintenance).
Problem Solving: Find creative and effective solutions for complex technical and business challenges.
system Implementation & Configuration: Manage and implement salesforce configuration tasks, including validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and flows.
Global Support & Enhancement: Work closely with international teams to provide system support, training, gather feedback, and implement system enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics: Create rich, actionable analytic reports for various teams and management.
