About the Role abra is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager with hands-on Salesforce experience to lead Salesforce projects from business requirements through implementation and production. This role is ideal for someone who can independently drive projects, lead business and technical stakeholders, write functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery from end to end. Full-time position based in the Southern / Shfela area, Israel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Salesforce CRM projects from business requirements through implementation and go-live.
* Gather and analyze business requirements together with business stakeholders.
* Write business and functional specification documents.
* Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, QA teams, and business users.
* Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and delivery quality.
* Drive cross-functional teams and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
* Lead user acceptance activities and support production deployments.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end CRM projects. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce projects – a must!
* Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
* Experience working closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and implementation teams.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes in Sales and/or Service domains.
* Proven ability to independently lead projects and drive multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
