We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Procurement.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and build our first ever procurement function from the ground up, developing purchasing strategies, optimizing vendor management, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting our global purchasing operations as the company continues to scale.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead and own our global procurement function P2P
Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and best practices

We are revolutionizing the food delivery field by making drone delivery a reality. As we scale our production and operations, were looking for a hands-on Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to join our team. In this role, you will lead the companys procurement, supply chain, and production logistics activities across Israel and the US, while actively participating in day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and ensuring the availability of materials and services to both our production facility in the US and our ongoing R&D ops in Israel. You will also lead a small team and drive process improvements as the company continues to grow. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Workshop, and Finance to make sure parts, materials, and services are sourced, purchased, shipped, tracked, and available on time. This includes managing suppliers all around the world, PCB and PCBA manufacturers, mechanical and electronics vendors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. * Lead and mentor a small Procurement & Supply Chain team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
* Own procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes supporting both ongoing R&D activity and growing drone production operations.
* Manage sourcing and procurement of custom parts, off-the-shelf components, electronics, PCBs/PCBAs, mechanical parts, assemblies, tools, and services.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, PCB/PCBA manufacturers, logistics providers, and service providers in Israel, the U.S., and internationally.
* Ensure timely availability of materials and components required for drone assembly in Texas. LLI planning, NPI, and stockpiling.
* Coordinate material flow between suppliers, manufacturing partners, teams in Israel, and production operations in the U.S.
* Manage procurement activities, inventory planning, purchasing priorities, lead times, shortages, shipping, customs, logistics coordination, and relationships with suppliers and service providers in Israel and abroad to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
* Own and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay workflows.
* Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Workshop, and Finance teams to support production and business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures, supplier quality requirements, and relevant operational standards.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
Monitor facility budgets and control related costs.
Support vendor onboarding and maintenance, including compliance and documentation requirements.
