We are seeking a strategic, research-driven Product Manager to join our Verticals Group. This is a unique opportunity for a "Product-Strategist" who thrives on high-level Discovery and market analysis.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our 300+ global customers and our core platform. Instead of managing day-to-day R&D sprints, you will focus on identifying the "What" and the "Why"-uncovering deep sector-specific needs (Healthcare, Industrial, Public Sector) and translating them into a strategic vision. You will define the roadmap themes and work closely with Core Product Managers, who will then lead the execution with the R&D teams.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, your impact will be:

Product Strategy: Own the product vision, ensuring our platform is optimized for the worlds most critical infrastructures.
Deep Discovery: Partner with global customers and field teams (Pre-sales/Post-sales) to uncover complex use cases and untapped market opportunities.
Strategic Influence: Synthesize field insights into clear strategic requirements. You will collaborate with and influence Core PM teams to ensure vertical needs are prioritized in their R&D roadmaps.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead research on market trends and competitor landscapes to maintain leadership in the CPS space.
Global GTM Partnership: Act as the product authority for our US-based teams, driving adoption and supporting global Go-To-Market efforts.
Requirements:
Cybersecurity Expert (Mandatory): 4+ years of PM experience in the cyber domain. You know the market and the "language."
Strategic Researcher: A master of Product Discovery. Youve moved past just writing Jira tickets to defining "The Why" and long-term strategy.
Vertical-Oriented: Experience in tailoring solutions for specific industries (Industrial, Healthcare, etc.) and identifying sector-specific needs.
Client-Facing Pro: Proven experience working directly with global customers (US-based). You can lead deep-dive sessions and translate pain points into product themes.
Business & Analytics: Data-driven mindset with the ability to distinguish between "feature requests" and "true business value."
Global Mindset: Excellent English and flexibility for US hours (evening calls) and international travel (once every ~2 months).
Technical Edge: Strong grasp of networking architecture or Exposure Management - a significant plus.

We are looking for a Senior Product Growth specialist to be the engine behind our user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Growth, you will be responsible for the "how"-turning high-level growth visions into scalable product mechanics and experiments.
You are a master of the growth loop. You understand that growth isn't just about "top of funnel" marketing, but about building features that naturally encourage adoption and expansion. You will sit at the center of AI, UX, and Engineering, executing a roadmap that turns casual users into our lifelong advocates.
What Youll Do:
Experimentation & Optimization: Design and execute high-velocity A/B tests across the user journey. Youll own the experimentation roadmap to improve conversion rates from landing page to "aha moment."
Onboarding & Activation: Directly manage the product flows that welcome new users. You will reduce friction in the signup process and ensure our AI concierge demonstrates its value within the first 60 seconds of interaction.
Retention Loops & Re-engagement: Develop sophisticated, AI-driven lifecycle triggers. You will work with the engineering team to ensure the product "reaches out" to users with the right context at the right time, driving habitual usage.
Growth Feature Development: Identify and build in-product growth levers, such as referral programs, viral sharing loops, and collaborative travel features that naturally expand our user base.
Data Analysis & Insights: Deep-dive into product analytics to identify where users are dropping off. Youll translate complex data into actionable product requirements and technical specs (PRDs).
Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the connective tissue between Marketings acquisition efforts and Products core features, ensuring a seamless transition for the user across all touchpoints.

Requirements:
4-7+ years of experience in Product Growth, Growth Engineering, or Product Management with a heavy growth focus.
A "Full-Stack" Growth Mindset: You are equally comfortable writing a technical PRD, analyzing a SQL query, and critiquing a UI layout.
Proven Track Record: You have successfully moved the needle on North Star metrics like CAC, LTV, or Activation Rates in a fast-growing B2C or Prosumer SaaS environment.
AI Fluency: Familiarity with how LLMs and personalization engines can be leveraged to drive user engagement.
Execution Excellence: You thrive in the "doing." You are known for your ability to ship quickly, learn from failure, and iterate fast.
Tooling Mastery: Expertise in the modern growth stack (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, or Braze).
