Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across the organization
Strong project management skills - highly structured, organized, and execution-driven
Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a freelance / consulting capacity
Experience leading CRM implementations and evaluating CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar) - a strong advantage
Experience in fintech, payments, or global products - a significant advantage

We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One Finance Process Lead to design, standardize, and implement end-to-end financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) within a Shared Services environment, while leading system-related initiatives and integrations based on SAP Business One. This role requires deep financial process knowledge, strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One as a Finance Super User, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects between finance, systems, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the redesign and standardization of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes on top of SAP Business One
* Gather and define business and functional requirements for finance tools such as invoice intake and reconciliation/close solutions (e.g., BlackLine)
* Establish Master Data standards and financial workflows across distributed systems integrated with SAP Business One.
