We are looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to lead CRM projects and business initiatives end-to-end, from business requirement gathering and functional specification writing to implementation, development follow-up, and go-live. This role requires strong ownership, independence, business understanding, and the ability to drive tasks forward until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
