About The Position
Our finance function is the analytical backbone behind strategic decisions in a fast-growing, global sports-tech company - translating complex business data into clear insights that drive growth. As Senior FP&A Analyst, youll play a key role in building and strengthening the companys financial planning capabilities, partnering with business leaders across the organization to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
As part of your role, you will:
Support department leaders with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Maintain and update the companys financial model, including the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Collaborate with finance team members to monitor KPIs and deliver timely insights into business performance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses, highlighting trends and risks.
Partner with the accounting team during the monthly close to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Drive process improvements, automation, and financial tools that enhance efficiency.
Review contracts and agreements to identify risks and opportunities.
Lead financial and business modeling initiatives - from process analysis to deal economics - and drive ad hoc analyses that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with the sales team to support deal modeling, including profitability analysis, unit economics, and cash flow projections.

We are hiring Financial Reporting Director who will oversee the financial consolidation process for the Groups entities and issue the Groups reports. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and attention to manage complex consolidation processes in a multi-currency, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and reporting process for the Group.
Prepare consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and other financial reports and work-papers required under statutory reporting of the Group, including intercompany eliminations.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the integrity of financials systems and data supporting internal and external financial reporting.
Work closely with other functions within Finance to provide guidance and support in required financial systems, policies, procedures and internal controls, towards streamlining and optimizing the Groups financial reporting.
Work closely with external auditors and other external functions to meet reporting timelines successfully.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Prepare management reports and presentations.
Reporting to VP Finance and member of the VP Finance team.

Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Specialist to the Duty Drawback team to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of daily operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes ownership of processes, and collaborates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to core operations, this role plays a key part in communication, documentation, and continuous process improvement across the Duty Drawback function.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize documentation packages for claims, audits, and compliance reviews.
Maintain and track documentation status, claim readiness, and audit actions through internal systems and trackers.
Support the completion of required regulatory documentation, including Power of Attorney forms and related paperwork.
Act as a point of contact for merchant inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders to resolve operational gaps and ensure smooth execution.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the teams knowledge base, including documenting procedures, SOPs, and best practices.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.

* Ensure alignment with IFRS and group accounting policies across all entities
* Support our corporate reporting in consolidation, audit processes, and group-level reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payments Operations Specialist with a strong technical and data-oriented background to join our Payments team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in payment flows, system behavior, and integrations, with the ability to investigate issues, analyze data, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of payment products, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues across gateways, acquirers, and payment methods.
Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities (e.g., declines, approval rates).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Finance, NOC) to resolve escalations and improve processes.
Work closely with external partners (PSPs, acquirers and alternative payment providers) to ensure seamless operations and efficient issue resolution.
Support and monitor payment integrations, including API-based flows, ensuring correct implementation and ongoing stability.
Assist in managing payment flows, including authorization, capture, refunds, and 3DS authentication.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
