We are looking for a Storage Solution Architect to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a Delivery or Professional Services Engineer who has mastered the world of implementation and support and is now looking to make a transition into the Architectural/Presale world.
In this role, you will manage the technical sales process throughout our sales cycles and across offering, for local and global customers.
The role includes conducting consulting engagements with customers to deliver modern storage solutions for NAS, S3, Data, and AI areas, writing technical papers and documentation, leading the technical discussion during the presale process, conducting demos, PoCs, and more.
We are looking for someone with a growth mentality, a team player who really understands the engine under the hood, and is eager to expand into Cloud, Kubernetes, and AI environments.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect storage solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments
Lead technical discussions during the presales process and assess customer needs
Develop high-level design (HLD) documents and define the scope of work
Align technical solutions with customer business challenges
Maintain strong technical expertise to deliver product demonstrations
Understand our vision and priorities as a company
Grow the adoption of our solutions among our customers and partners
Address technical objections and position competitive differentiation
Manage your customers together with the account managers and act as a trusted technical advisor while leveraging subject matter experts required during the sales process
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Engineer, Solution Architect, System Engineer or similar, focusing on storage
Previous experience with at least two storage solutions. Experience with Pure/ Vast/ or Infinidat is an advantage
Previous experience in the design, implementation, and support of leading storage systems
Ability to write high-level solution documents and scope of work documents
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
Previous experience with customer-facing roles, presenting at webinars or tech conferences - an advantage.
A positive and "can-do" attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders are a must
