Requirements:
10+ years of software development and platform engineering experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership positions within a large-scale SaaS or distributed systems environment.
Expert-level proficiency in AWS Cloud, with a proven track record of designing, building, and operating scalable, global, high-availability infrastructure.
Deep Multi-Cloud Expertise: Significant, demonstrable experience in designing and implementing systems that span at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Expert-level knowledge and understanding of Kubernetes internals (operators, controllers, networking, security).
Data Experience: Proven experience designing and optimizing large-scale data platforms, including streaming architectures (Kafka/Kinesis), data warehousing, and distributed file systems.
Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and their advanced implementations (e.g., GitOps, progressive delivery, from testing to production).
A people person, optimistic, and visionary, with a can-do approach and the ability to lead complex and sensitive decision-making processes in an effective manner while creating a positive, collaborative, and pleasant atmosphere.
Proven experience mentoring and coaching high-potential engineers to develop new skills and grow professionally.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, Generative AI, data & analytics) experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications.
- Fluent English & Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers.
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

2-3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Customer Engineer- preferably within the HR Tech or SaaS space (background in HR, HR Tech implementation is preferred).
Mandatory: Hands-on experience designing or implementing Headcount / Workforce Planning processes within HR, Finance, or people-related systems.
Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing Job Catalogs/job architectures as part of workforce planning solutions. Ability to map business roles and requirements into a Job Catalog framework to support scalable planning and accurate reporting.

Bonus
Deep understanding of workforce planning concepts and their application in a SaaS environment: Direct experience managing workforce planning processes or leading WFP initiatives in previous companies and experience working with both CFO & CPO offices.
Hands-on experience with Job Catalog setup, job architecture, or job leveling within any workforce planning or HRIS system.
Experience in workforce analytics, headcount modeling, or budgeting tools.
SaaS industry and HRIS/FP&A experience.
Familiarity with common HRIS systems (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Bamboo) is an advantage.
Knowledge or practical experience in AI technologies is an advantage.
Experience influencing product direction or participating in roadmap discussions is a plus.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Delivery Engineer, Solution Architect, System Engineer or similar, focusing on storage
Previous experience with at least two storage solutions. Experience with Pure/ Vast/ or Infinidat is an advantage
Previous experience in the design, implementation, and support of leading storage systems
Ability to write high-level solution documents and scope of work documents
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
Previous experience with customer-facing roles, presenting at webinars or tech conferences - an advantage.
A positive and "can-do" attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders are a must

2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Presales Engineer, SRE, or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of AWS's main services, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Containers.
Experience designing infrastructure for high-scale production environments in AWS.
Certified AWS Solutions Architect - Associate.
Ability to effectively communicate technical design in verbal and written formats in front of customers.
Ability to lead an end-to-end engagement with the account management team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; professional proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience in an IT environment with hands-on in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
Familiarity or expertise with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience in a production environment developing software with Python, Go, Java, or equivalents.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or a specialty certification.
