we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global HR team for a temporary 8‑month assignment in Israel. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role, fully focused on end‑to‑end hiring execution and sourcing excellence, supporting business growth during a critical period.
You will work closely with local hiring managers, driving recruitment processes forward, proactively pushing toward closures, and ensuring a professional, respectful, and high‑quality candidate experience aligned with values.
Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process in Israel-from role intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offers, and closing.
Partner closely with local hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor while proactively driving momentum and accountability in hiring processes.
Build and execute hands‑on sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and other relevant channels to reach top talent.
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
Lead candidates through a clear, transparent, and positive candidate journey, maintaining integrity, professionalism, and strong communication throughout.
Utilize ATS (SparkHire) to manage pipelines, ensure accurate data, and support efficient decision‑making.
Monitor hiring progress and proactively flag risks or delays, while proposing practical solutions to move roles forward.
Collaborate with the global TA team to align standards, tools, and best practices.
Act as a culture ambassador, representing professionally to the external talent market.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑growing multidisciplinary tech or industrial environment.
Strong proven experience in hands‑on sourcing and direct hiring execution.
Ability to drive hiring managers, influence priorities, and push processes toward timely closures.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working closely with senior and technical leaders.
Strong interview capabilities and experience.
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.
A natural focus on candidate experience, professionalism, and ethical recruiting.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
