we are looking for a Oracle Business Application Analyst - Logistics module.
This role is designed for experienced Team leader who have worked extensively with Oracle ERP and are ready to transition into the implementation and business applications domain.
Serve as the IT focal point for Oracle Fusion (Logistics & Procurement modules), leveraging your operational planning background
Take ownership of key logistics modules within the ERP and related systems
Translate business and planning requirements into system configurations and enhancements
Lead characterization and implementation of process improvements, aligned with existing operational flows
Support the design and implementation of new logistics and supply chain processes within Oracle
Write functional and technical design documents
Perform testing (SIT/UAT) for new developments and system enhancements
Deliver system training to new users and provide ongoing enablement to global teams
Provide daily support to system users across HQ and production sites
Monitor, control, and support interfaces between Oracle and other organizational systems
Requirements: Hands-on experience working as a Planner in an organization using
Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud

Strong practical experience with logistics modules such as:
Inventory, Procurement (PUR), Manufacturing, Planning, MRP, WMS
Deep understanding of supply chain, production, and logistics processes
Experience working cross-functionally with IT or system teams - an advantage
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into system requirements
High-level English (written and spoken)
Ability and motivation to learn system configuration and implementation methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to train users in a global organization
Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
