Role Summary:
The Global MI VCP Manager leads the end-to-end strategy and execution of Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) across the Global Molecular Imaging business (PET, SPECT, Radiopharmacy). In a global environment defined by cost pressure, tariffs, and supply chain volatility, this role directly drives cost competitiveness, and business resilience.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to the CEO, CTO, and CSCO of the MICT business, responsible for delivering multi-million dollar productivity and cost avoidance impact across the global portfolio. Operating at the intersection of Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will translate complexity into actionable strategy-leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to drive faster, data-driven decisions.

What You Will Own
End-to-End Cost Productivity:
Define and lead the multi-year VCP roadmap aligned to business commitments
Own the full lifecycle of productivity-from opportunity identification, business case development to delivering validated results
Establish governance and operating mechanisms to ensure disciplined execution and accountability
Business Impact & Tariff Mitigation:
Deliver material cost reduction and cost avoidance at scale
Lead tariff mitigation through localization, sourcing strategy, and footprint optimization
Drive total landed cost improvements and influence global sourcing decisions
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Align and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Regions
Operate effectively in a global matrix, driving outcomes without direct authority
Build strong execution cadence, ownership, and performance discipline
Design-to-Cost, Analytics & AI Enablement:
Develop & enhance advanced dashboards to provide real-time visibility of product Total Landed Costs to enable faster, data-driven decisions.
Embed cost competitiveness into product design and lifecycle decisions
Leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to identify cost drivers and productivity opportunities
Simplify complex, multi-dimensional data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Demonstrated track record with VCP, value engineering, or design-to-cost methodologies.
