Requirements 3+ years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
* Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
* Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

Manage our real estate budget, making sure that investments and expenses are aligned with the company budget.
Project related presentations to companys management and ongoing detailed updates
Ongoing communication with office and country managers to ensure the highest satisfaction level from facilities
Liaise with finance team (accounting) for all payment related matters i.e invoices, refunds related to lease and construction.

The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary medical device development projects, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical execution, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of product development projects from initiation through market release and lifecycle management
Planning and execution of project scope, budget, resources, milestones, and schedules
Close collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to translate market and customer needs into technical deliverables
