our company is seeking a Project Lead - Design & Construction to join our development team and lead the planning, design, and delivery of workplace projects across our portfolio.
This role combines architectural planning, project management, budgeting, client-facing collaboration, construction execution, and site supervision. You will be responsible for Leading projects of varying scales end-to-end, from initial programming and concept development through planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Community, and Finance teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional workplace environments for both existing and prospective members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this role, your responsibilities will Include, but wont be limited to:
- End-to-End Project Ownership:
Lead design and construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with our standards.
- Design Planning & Space Programming:
Develop project programs, layouts, and architectural planning packages for new locations, renovations, and custom workplace solutions. Translate project requirements into clear design deliverables while balancing member needs, operational requirements, and business objectives.
- Client-Facing Custom Solutions:
Partner with Sales teams and clients to develop tailored workplace solutions for enterprise and large-scale clients, translating business needs into high-quality design and construction outcomes.
- Budgeting, Cost Control & Procurement:
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and construction pricing analyses. Track project spending, manage financial performance, and coordinate procurement processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Community, Finance, consultants, contractors, and vendors to align project objectives and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Portfolio & Multi-Project Management:
Manage multiple projects of varying scales simultaneously, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering - advantage
- 4+ years of experience managing planning, design, and construction projects.
- Proven experience leading projects from concept through delivery.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction processes, and project coordination.
- Experience in preparing budgets, cost estimates, and managing project financial performance
- Experience working directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player, proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership beyond defined responsibilities and contribute to team goals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Revit - advantage.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
