What you'll do:
As the Solution Regional Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects within your region. You will serve as the vital link between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring your team operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Regional Delivery & Operations: Oversee all our projects in your region, end-to-end lifecycle from setup throughout maintenance. You will manage resource capacity, project allocations, and workloads to ensure seamless delivery, to drive impact through effective implementation, coordination, and delivery.
Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and grow your regional team of Solution Managers, fostering technical excellence, optimal team performance and a strong team culture. You will be responsible for the full talent lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure Design & Quality Excellence: Maintain high standards across regional projects, ensuring adherence to our global design methods and quality benchmarks, track and report on regional performance metrics.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Own the regions performance metrics. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance scalability, and strengthen the Solution Group processes for regional impact.
Partner Across the Business: Act as a primary point of contact for Account Executives and Managers, Customer Success, and Project Managers to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across teams. You will work closely with the Group Lead and other Regional Leads to ensure global consistency.
Regional Expertise & Contribution: Bring your market knowledge to advocate for regional needs and provide insights, helping drive scalability and efficiency across the entire organization.
Lead by Example: Get hands-on in learning the Buildots platform and methodologies - ensuring you can guide and support your team with deep technical and operational understanding.

What is Construction Solution in Buildots The Construction Solution team is the professional and technical backbone of Buildots Operations, responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital Twin framework for our clients. This involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction methodologies with Buildots’ proven workflows to create a digital twin that accurately represents how projects are built. Our solution managers are construction professionals with hands-on industry expertise, complemented by deep knowledge of the Buildots platform. They oversee the full lifecycle of projects from setup to ongoing maintenance while engaging directly with clients to ensure the system consistently delivers measurable value. With a regional structure and global coverage, the Construction Solution team aligns Buildots’ tools and methods to meet local market requirements while contributing to the continuous evolution of our solution.
What You'll Do:
* Design and implement Buildots’ solution for local and global projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
* Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
* Act as a construction subject matter expert within Buildots, guiding internal teams with your field experience.
* Translate project construction methodologies into Buildots’ digital twin framework, creating systems that reflect how projects are actually built.
* Combine Buildots’ design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize the value of the platform across the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of Buildots’ design methodology by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
* Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and Buildots’ strategy in discovery sessions.
* Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product to ensure client success and alignment with company goals.
Requirements 3+ years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
* Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
* Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
* Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.

We are establishing the Intelligence Lab, a dedicated research team tasked with transforming the construction industry into a data-driven one. We are looking for a Construction Intelligence Researcher to be the creative heart of this team.
You will be the "Construction Geek" who bridges the gap between the chaotic reality of construction sites and organizations alike and the structured world of data.
Your mission is to define the new "ruler" for the industry. This role blends invention with deep discovery. You will not only conceptualize your own novel metrics but also research the market, speak with industry leaders, and collect ideas to understand what truly matters to construction executives today. By combining these external insights with our unique data, you will define proprietary metrics, uncover counter-intuitive insights about how projects actually perform, and establish the benchmarks that the industry will look to for guidance. You will work side-by-side with a technical Data Analyst to validate your theories, but you are the one defining what we measure and why it matters.
What Youll Do:
Research and publish New Performance Metrics for the construction industry: Use your deep construction knowledge to conceptualize new ways to measure project health, risk, and efficiency.
Exploratory Research & Insight Generation: "Play" with our massive dataset to find the stories hidden in the numbers. Ask the hard questions and dig until you find the data-backed answer.
Define the "Physics" of Construction Data: Act as the domain expert for the Lab. You will translate construction logic (schedules, logistics, trade flows) into data requirements that our technical analysts can query and code.
Benchmarking & Industry Standards: Lead the creation of industry-wide benchmarks. Analyze aggregated data to determine what "good" actually looks like across different sectors and regions.
Author Data-Driven Narratives: Turn your research into compelling insights. Collaborate with our marketing team to turn raw findings into "Deep Dive" reports and bite-sized insights that challenge the industry's status quo.
Continuous Iteration: Constantly test your metrics against reality. Review findings with customers and internal experts to ensure our "Intelligence Engine" reflects the true pulse of the job site.
