What am I going to do?:

* Be the People Partner for a group of employees owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding.
* Hands-on of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and wellbeing processes of your team.
* Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership.
* Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
* Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric.

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies.
* An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond.
* Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.
* A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions , you create solutions.
* A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor.
* Passionate about HR tech, data, and employee experience.
