The Turnkey Validation Test and Acceptance (VTA) planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting all VTA & T&C activities of the Tel Aviv Green Line project. The role supports the Project and T&C Management in ensuring that VTA & T&C activities are properly sequenced, fully integrated with construction and engineering readiness, and executed in compliance with EPC strategy, project objectives, contractual milestones, safety, quality, and customer requirements.
This position reports directly to the EPC VTA manager.
What are my responsibilities?-
T&C Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and continuously update the Integrated T&C Schedule
Define and sequence all T&C phases (FAT, SAT, site tests, integration tests, trial running, acceptance)
Ensure full alignment with construction, installation, and engineering readiness
Identify critical paths, constraints, and dependencies
Coordination & Interfaces
Collect and consolidate planning inputs from all subsystems
Ensure consistency with the system integration strategy
Coordinate closely with:
T&C Manager and subsystem leads
Project Planning Manager
Engineering, Construction, CW partners, Quality, EHS, Temporary Operation team
Define priorities to meet project and contractual milestones
Highlight bottlenecks, risks, and constraints to project stakeholders, including the Customer
Monitoring & Reporting
Track progress vs baseline and set in place progress monitor
Produce rolling 3‑week look‑ahead T&C schedules to support short-term execution
Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts for Project and T&C Management
Provide reliable schedule visibility to support decision-making
Risk & Opportunity Management
Identify schedule risks and support mitigation actions
Contribute to recovery plans and optimization scenarios.
Requirements: Education
Engineering degree
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years experience on Railway projects or Large infrastructure projects
Proven planning experience, preferably: nn Testing & Commissioning or system integration environments
Strong planning tool capability: Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
Good working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (for reporting, dashboards, KPIs)
