We are looking for a Learning & OD Partner to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director.
This role acts as a proactive partner and internal advisor to the business, translating business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps and leading initiatives from concept to impact. The role is primarily learning-focused, with selective ownership of cross-organization OD processes.
You will work closely with R&D organizations and global stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that support performance, innovation, and technical excellence at scale.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across levels and functions to identify learning needs and shape effective learning solutions.
Translate business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
Lead end-to-end learning and OD initiatives, from needs analysis and design through execution and evaluation.
Design and develop learning solutions, including content curation, eLearning modules, presentations, and learning journeys.
Run cross-organization processes such as performance management cycles and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with global stakeholders across regions and time zones to deliver consistent, scalable learning solutions.
Define, track, and improve learning impact using adoption metrics, behaviour change indicators, and business KPIs.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development roles within tech organizations.
Experience working in a partner or internal consulting role with business stakeholders.
Proven ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
Hands-on experience working with LMS/LXP platforms.
Practical experience using Generative AI tools for content creation, guides, presentations, images, and videos.
Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.
