we are seeking a high-impact Strategy & Operations Manager to act as a force multiplier for our Strategy team. In this role, you will bridge between high-level corporate vision and on-the-ground execution. You will not only shape our long-term growth strategy but also build the "operational muscle" required to execute it. Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Strategy, you will lead cross-functional transformative projects and orchestrate the companys decision-making rhythm. This is a role for a "builder" who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations.
Strategic Planning - Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, such as entering new markets, refining customer segmentation, and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies.
Executive Operating Rhythm - Orchestrate key business planning cycles, including annual planning, OKRs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and reporting mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Initiate and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution, breaking down silos to ensure company-wide alignment on critical goals.
Operational Excellence & Innovation - Identify friction in our operational processes, design and implement scalable solutions and advanced tools to improve efficiency and time-to-impact.
Data Storytelling & Insights - Perform in-depth analyses to translate data into actionable insights and compelling recommendations for the executive team.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge - Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities, keeping our company ahead of industry trends and technology shifts.
Performance Tracking (KPIs) - Define, track, and report on company-wide KPIs, ensuring visibility into business performance and accountability across teams.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting (MBB or similar) OR in a Corporate Strategy / BizOps role at a high-growth tech company.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40).
Strong track record of leading end-to-end strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment, to drive measurable impact. Self-starter mentality with a strong drive for results and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Experience in leading Business Process Redesign in SaaS companies. Proactive approach to adopting and applying new technologies (such as automation and GenAI tools) to streamline workflows and solve strategic business challenges.
Highly effective communication skills, with ability to structure complex insights into clear, executive-ready presentations.
Proven ability to build relationships across cultures, influence colleagues at all levels and mobilize diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree with a record of exceptional academic achievement; MBA is a plus.
