Flytrex is revolutionizing on-demand delivery in the US suburbs, using drones to deliver food and retail directly to customers back yards. Together with partners such as Uber & DoorDash, were turning science fiction into reality. This video gives a high-level explanation of what we are doing. We are looking for an experienced system Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our drone platforms, with a strong focus on Hardware and Embedded systems. This is a multidisciplinary, mission-critical role in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Tel Aviv office and requires strong hands-on experience, combined with high-level system thinking, in a multidisciplinary, safety- and mission-critical environment.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in system / Embedded / Hardware Engineering.
* B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (M.Sc. - advantage).
* Experience defining system architecture, requirements, and high-level design.
* system -level integration, verification, and validation experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills using logs, telemetry, and flight data.
* Experience with flight systems and Real-Time / safety-critical environments.
* Familiarity with ArduPilot - a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with ROS 2 - advantage.
* Strong hands-on experience with Embedded systems, including: Microcontrollers / SoCs, RTOS and/or Bare-Metal, Communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet). Personal Skills
