Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline.
Hands-on professional experience in RF testing and RF automation.
Expert-level Python development skills, with demonstrable experience in automation frameworks, data processing, and tool creation.
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, calibration procedures, and test standards.
Proven capability working with RF test equipment (VSGs, Spectrum Analyzers, network analyzers, etc.).
Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex RF test setups including attenuators, filters, couplers, and antennas.
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in hands-on lab environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in drone, aerospace, or telecom RF systems (protocols, regulations, interference environments).
Familiarity with continuous integration, automation pipelines, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, ELK stack).
Experience with Git or similar version control workflows and documentation best practices.
Experience building automated hardware test pipelines and integrating test systems into CI/CD flows.
