Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.

* Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Proficiency in developing, constructing, and utilizing various sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline.
* Ideal candidates possess high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.

* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Comeet is a plus.
