Were looking for a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be the architect of our learning culture designing, delivering, and maintaining programs and resources that empower our people to thrive from day one, and grow throughout their careers. In your role you will be reporting to the Chief People Officer and partner closely with department heads, HR Business Partners, and the Global Head of HR, to create onboarding plans and training materials, role-specific training, leadership development initiatives, and skills-based workshops that align with specific roles and business needs.
Responsibilities
Optimize global, cross-functional orientation and onboarding training
Work with department heads to create, refine, and continually improve job specific material, onboarding, playbooks, and knowledge bases
Deliver live trainings and onboarding sessions
Develop training plans and materials that leverage different mediums and delivery mechanisms to cater to employees in different time zones and with a variety of learning styles
Co-develop plans according to company needs and strategy.
Create training and workshops to match company needs and strategy.
Drive awareness around training initiatives and resources
Maintain and keep up to date all training material in the companys L&D platform.
Monitor and measure training effectiveness, though data-driven reporting, surveys, quizzes, and other mechanisms.
Continually evaluate and update learning content to keep it relevant.
Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
Understanding of product-led growth mindset and training needs associated with continuous improvement and software updates
Proven track record of scaling L&D function (e.g., from a company of less than 100 to 400+) is a plus
Fluent in English (business level), both verbal and written, is a must.
Comfort with modern tech stacks and learning platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new products (like the companys own tech) and train others on it
Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs, and role-specific learning pathways, covering company-specific technologies and ways of working
Familiarity with adult learning principles and models (including experience applying the Kirkpatrick model for measuring training effectiveness).
Hands-on experience managing an LMS or knowledge platform and making content accessible, ideally experience with Trainual or similar tools.
Mastery of asynchronous learning - not just running zoom calls, but creating impactful learning journeys for employees in multiple time zones
Strong project management skills, able to coordinate monthly global training calendars, manage multiple content streams, and drive cross-functional contributions from department heads and HRBPs.
Solid content production skills (creating decks, scripts, short videos, and quizzes/surveys) and the rigor to keep learning materials up to date.
Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze engagement and effectiveness data, create insights, and iterate on learning programs to improve outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create clear, engaging learning materials for a global audience.
