This is a field-based position - 30-50% travel
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the category.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to optimize product assortment.
- Monitor category performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data -driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive category performance.
- Building annual plans and managing Gantts for launching new products, creating internal and external collaborations to increase sales.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree - a must!
- Previous experience as a sales agent in the retail sector / trade marketing or similar roles within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
