We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team , playing a critical role in advancing our renewable energy solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the future of various renewable energy products and solutions, serving as an interface between our customers.



Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a background as a practical Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with a valid electrical license and comprehensive understanding of AC/DC, Low/Medium Voltage systems, networking and system controls. Proficiency in both Hebrew and English languages at a minimum of C1 level is required. The role will require on-call duty and the ability to oversee critical customer situations. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is highly beneficial, and a valid driving license is essential due to frequent travel requirements.





Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary interface between customers taking ownership of dispatched customer issues across various renewable energy solutions.
Provide comprehensive service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, running diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
Deliver on-site installation, repair, maintenance, testing tasks, upgrades, or rework activities for diverse renewable energy products.
Provide remote support to clients as needed.
Leading projects during commissioning and site acceptance services for various renewable energy solutions.
Adhere to operational procedures, processes, and practices consistently, ensuring compliance.
Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations for various renewable energy installations and services.
Maintain updated documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts and agreements, including reports creation.

We are looking for a Senior System Integration Engineer to join our fast‑paced, innovative team responsible for bringing complex LiDAR systems together into a cohesive, high‑performance product. This role is ideal for a hands‑on who thrives on multidisciplinary problem‑solving, system bring‑up, and driving features from early integration through customer delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead system integration activities across the LiDAR development lifecycle, from initial bring‑up through validation and customer deployment.
Integrate hardware, firmware, software, tools and algorithms into a unified LiDAR system, ensuring seamless functionality across disciplines.
Plan and execute system‑level integration tests, debug complex issues, and drive root‑cause analysis with cross‑functional teams.
Develop and maintain integration workflows, test setups, and automation tools to accelerate development and validation.
Collaborate on requirements refinement, system architecture discussions, and design reviews to ensure integration readiness.
Build Python‑based tools for data analysis, test automation, and rapid prototyping to support integration and characterization activities.
Support development processes aligned with Automotive SPICE and other automotive quality standards.

We are expanding our algorithm team working on operational defense command-and-control systems and are looking for a Senior Tracking and Data Fusion Algorithm Engineer. This role focuses on the development of real-time multi-target tracking and sensor fusion algorithms deployed in mission-critical environments This is not a pure ML position. It is a model-based tracking and estimation role with operational deployment responsibility.

About The Position
We supply safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications. We are looking for a Field Application Team Leader for our Application Engineering group. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing technical team based in both Israel and North America. You will be the technical authority bridging the gap between our cutting-edge LiDAR technology and our global customers in the automotive, robotaxi, and smart infrastructure sectors.
As a leader, you will ensure your team successfully performs demos and integrates our products into customer platforms, unblocks technical bottlenecks, and provides the feedback loop necessary for our R&D teams in Israel to maintain our market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of Application Engineers (IL & US). Define KPIs, oversee professional growth, and ensure seamless collaboration across time zones
Technical Strategy: Define the best practices for product demonstrations, field testing, and customer integration workflows
Bridge to R&D: Act as the primary technical interface between the field (North America) and HQ (Israel) product, engineering, and validation teams
Customer Excellence: Oversee high-stakes technical engagements with automotive OEMs and robotaxi providers, ensuring top-tier support and rapid issue resolution
Resource Management: Prioritize team tasks to support both existing customer maintenance and new business opportunities (Sales support)
Hands-on Oversight: Jump into complex technical "firefighting" when necessary, providing expert guidance on HW/SW troubleshooting and system integration.

As a Senior Optical Design Engineer, you will lead the development of ultra-compact, high-precision micro-optical systems for cutting-edge medical devices. You will transform novel optical concepts into manufacturable designs, driving innovation from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop optical systems and components for medical devices.
Conduct simulations, tolerance analyses, and experimental validations to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers-to integrate optical systems into complete product platforms.
Develop and implement optical testing strategies to validate system performance and reliability.
Analyse data from experiments and prototypes to refine and optimize optical designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols.
Document design processes, test results, and technical findings, and share insights to support innovation and continuous improvement.
